Asus ROG Phone 6 is a bit better than LG Q7, having a 79.1 score against 72.2. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 6 has 12 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Asus ROG Phone 6 is a noticeably newer device than the LG Q7, but it's somewhat thicker and way heavier.
