Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a general score of 81.2, which is much better than the LG Q7's 72.2 overall score. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has the previous 13 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Even though Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is a lot newer than the LG Q7, it is somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier.
LG Q7 has just a bit better display than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a quite smaller screen, a bit lower number of pixels per inch of display and a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2160. The LG Q7 has a much more powerful processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has 13 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate features a way better camera than LG Q7, because it has a much better video resolution, a much bigger back camera sensor and a back camera with a much better resolution. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate features a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG Q7, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has a superior battery life than LG Q7, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
