The Huawei Mate 10 has a general score of 78.9, which is a bit better than LG Q7's 72.2 score. Even though the Huawei Mate 10 and the LG Q7 were only released 8 months apart, Huawei Mate 10's design is notably heavier but also a little bit thinner than the LG Q7. These devices work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 10 has older 10 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Huawei Mate 10 has a more vivid display than LG Q7, because it has a bit larger display, a little better pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution. Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little better hardware performance than LG Q7, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate 10 also has more RAM.
