The Huawei Mate 20 has a global score of 79.5, which is much better than LG Q7's general score of 72.2. The Huawei Mate 20 construction has the same thickness than LG Q7, but it is extremely heavier. These phones work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 has 9.0 Pie version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version, offering lots of additional features.
