Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 lite has an overall score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than LG Q7's global score of 72.2. Both phones we are comparing use the same Android 8.1 Oreo OS (Operating System). Even though the Huawei Mate 20 lite and LG Q7 were released with only 3 months difference, Huawei Mate 20 lite's construction is just a bit thinner but also heavier.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has a little bit better processing power than LG Q7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a higher amount of RAM. Huawei Mate 20 lite and LG Q7 both count with similar displays, because although the Huawei Mate 20 lite has a just a little lower screen pixel density, it also counts with a little bigger display and a little bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.
Huawei Mate 20 lite features a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than LG Q7, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. Huawei Mate 20 lite has longer battery duration than LG Q7, because it has a 3750mAh battery size. Huawei Mate 20 lite shoots slightly better photos and videos than LG Q7, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has faster video frame rates, a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light images and video and a way more megapixels back facing camera.
