Although the LG G7 Fit and LG Q7 were released with only 5 months difference, the LG G7 Fit body is just a little heavier but also just a little bit thinner. Both of these phones have the same Android 8.1 Oreo operating system, so both of them should give you the same operating system features.
The LG G7 Fit features just a little better hardware performance than LG Q7, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with more RAM. LG G7 Fit has a much better screen than LG Q7, because it has a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution, a greater pixels amount per inch of display and a little bit bigger screen.
LG G7 Fit counts with much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG Q7, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G7 Fit also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. LG G7 Fit has a little bit better camera than LG Q7, because although it has a tinier sensor offering a worse image quality, and they both have a F2.2 camera aperture, the LG G7 Fit also counts with a much better video quality and a more mega pixels back facing camera.
LG G7 Fit features a battery lifetime that is very similar to the LG Q7 one.
