The LG G8S ThinQ is better than LG Q7, with a overall score of 82.5 against 72.2. The LG G8S ThinQ is a newer and just a little bit thinner phone than the LG Q7, although it's somewhat heavier. These phones have Android operating system, but the LG G8S ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
