Motorola Edge 40 is slightly better than the LG Q7, with a overall score of 77.2 against 72.2. Even though Motorola Edge 40 is somewhat heavier than LG Q7, it's a little thinner and also extremely newer. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Edge 40 has older 13 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
