Moto G7 Plus has a global score of 76.1, which is a little bit better than LG Q7's 72.2 general score. The Moto G7 Plus is a heavier device than LG Q7, but both are 0.33inches thick. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto G7 Plus has an older 10 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
