Nokia X100 is just a bit better than LG Q7, having a 77.3 score against 72.2. These devices come with Android OS, but Nokia X100 has the older 11 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Even though the Nokia X100 is notably newer than LG Q7, it's heavier and just a little bit thicker.
