The OPPO Find X2 Neo is a little bit better than the LG Q7, getting a 77.7 score against 72.2. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the OPPO Find X2 Neo has 10 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Even though OPPO Find X2 Neo is somewhat heavier than LG Q7, it's just a little thinner and newer.
