The Samsung Galaxy A20s has a general score of 77, which is just a bit better than LG Q7's general score of 72.2. The Samsung Galaxy A20s is a newer and just a bit thinner cellphone than the LG Q7, although it is incredibly heavier. These devices have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A20s has the previous 11 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
