Galaxy A22 5G is better than LG Q7, getting a global score of 84.6 against 72.2. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A22 5G has the previous 11 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Galaxy A22 5G body is way newer than the LG Q7's, although it's just a bit thicker and way heavier.
