The Galaxy A42 is much better than the LG Q7, having a score of 87 against 72.2. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A42 has an older 11 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy A42's construction is newer, but just a bit thicker and notably heavier than the LG Q7.
