Samsung Galaxy C5 is slightly better than the LG Q7, having a 76.4 score against 72.2. These devices use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy C5 has the previous 6.0 Marshmallow version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
