Samsung Galaxy F23 is better than LG Q7, having an 84.6 score against 72.2. These phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy F23 has the older 12 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy F23 has just a little better performance than LG Q7, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy F23 also has more RAM.
