Galaxy J7 Max is a bit better than LG Q7, with a score of 76.1 against 72.2. These devices work with Android OS, but Galaxy J7 Max has an older 7.0 Nougat version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy J7 Max is an older and somewhat heavier cellphone than LG Q7, but Samsung was able to build it a little bit thinner anyway.

LG Q7 and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max have quite similar memory to store more games and applications, both of them have an external memory slot that allows up to 256 GB and exactly the same internal storage.
Galaxy J7 Max counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than LG Q7, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
