Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is a lot better than LG Q7's 72.2 global score. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an older 13 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Even though the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is noticeably heavier than the LG Q7, it's a little bit thinner and extremely newer.
