The Galaxy Note 5 has a global score of 79.3, which is slightly better than LG Q7's score of 72.2. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 5 has the previous 5.1 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Even though Galaxy Note 5 is extremely older and somewhat heavier than the LG Q7, it's construction is still just a little thinner.

LG Q7 features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, it also counts with 7 more processing cores. Galaxy Note 5 has a much better display than LG Q7, because it has a just a bit more pixels per inch of display, a bit larger display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.

Galaxy Note 5 captures much clearer photos and videos than LG Q7, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited situations, a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a back facing camera with a better 16 mega-pixels resolution and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

LG Q7 has a bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB. Galaxy Note 5 and LG Q7 count with really similar battery performance.
