The Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is much better than LG Q7's 72.2 global score. Despite being the best in this comparison review, Galaxy Note8's construction is older, a little thicker and notably heavier than the LG Q7. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and better performance.
The Galaxy Note8 has a bit more powerful processor than LG Q7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit sharper screen than LG Q7, because it has a just a bit more pixels per screen inch, a little larger display and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution.
Galaxy Note8 takes clearer pictures and videos than LG Q7, because although it has a camera with less megapixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger sensor, a lot higher 3840x2160 video definition and a way bigger camera aperture to capture better images and video in poorly lited environments.
Galaxy Note8 features a much better memory for games and applications than LG Q7, and although they both have a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB, the Galaxy Note8 also has more internal storage. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit longer battery performance than LG Q7, because it has a 10% bigger battery size.
