Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is way better than LG Q7's score of 72.2. Galaxy S20 is a newer and a little bit thinner device than the LG Q7, although it's also somewhat heavier. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
