Galaxy S20 FE is way better than the LG Q7, getting a general score of 90.8 against 72.2. The Galaxy S20 FE is a incredibly heavier phone than the LG Q7, but both of them are 0.33inches thick. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 FE has the older 11 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
