Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is way better than LG Q7's 72.2 general score. Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than the LG Q7, it's noticeably heavier and a little bit thicker. Both devices we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
