The Galaxy S5 Sport is a bit better than LG Q7, having a global score of 77.8 against 72.2. Galaxy S5 Sport is a much older, just a little thicker and just a bit heavier device than LG Q7. These devices include Android OS, but Galaxy S5 Sport has the previous 4.4.2 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
