The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is just a bit better than the LG Q7, having a 78.1 score against 72.2. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has the older 8.0 Oreo version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Although the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is notably older and a little heavier than the LG Q7, it's construction is still just a bit thinner.
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge counts with a little more vivid screen than LG Q7, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge also has a little bit better pixels density and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
