The Galaxy XCover Pro has a score of 81, which is much better than the LG Q7's global score of 72.2. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy XCover Pro has 11 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Although Galaxy XCover Pro is newer than the LG Q7, it's much heavier and somewhat thicker.
The LG Q7 and the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro feature really similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a quite lower display pixel density, it also counts with a little larger display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340. Galaxy XCover Pro features a bit superior CPU than LG Q7, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy XCover Pro features a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than LG Q7, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy XCover Pro shoots a bit better videos and photos than LG Q7, because although it has a way smaller sensor taking way worse quality photographs and videos, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Galaxy XCover Pro also counts with a way more mega pixels camera in the back and a way bigger aperture to capture better low-light images and video.
Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features a much better battery lifetime than LG Q7, because it has a 35 percent bigger battery size.
