Galaxy Z Fold 3 has a general score of 90.6, which is way better than LG Q7's 72.2 general score. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an older 11 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy Z Fold 3's construction is noticeably newer and a lot thinner, but much heavier than LG Q7.
LG Q7 has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, because although it has a way smaller screen and a way worse 1080 x 2160px resolution, it also counts with a little higher pixels density.
