The Sony Xperia 1 III is a lot better than LG Q7, getting a 93.3 score against 72.2. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia 1 III has an older 11 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Sony Xperia 1 III's construction is much newer and a little bit thinner, but a lot heavier than LG Q7.
