Comparison review
Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is much better than LG Q7's overall score of 72.2. Even though the Xperia Z5 Premium is a lot older and heavier than the LG Q7, it's construction is still just a bit thinner. These devices have Android operating system, but Xperia Z5 Premium has older 5.1 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Xperia Z5 Premium has just a little better performance than LG Q7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a graphics processor. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much sharper display than LG Q7, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a much greater display pixels density and a much better resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.
LG Q7 counts with a bit bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage, the LG Q7 also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a little longer battery duration than LG Q7, because it has a 3430mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium shoots better pictures and videos than LG Q7, because it has a lot better video quality, a way larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a much better image and video quality, a back facing camera with lot more MP and a bigger camera aperture to capture better low light images and videos.
