Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has an overall score of 78.1, which is a bit better than LG Q7's overall score of 72.2. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has the older 6.0 Marshmallow version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Even though Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is older and heavier than LG Q7, it's construction is still a bit thinner.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a little bit better hardware performance than LG Q7, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with more RAM. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with just a bit better looking display than LG Q7, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a quite worse pixels density, it also counts with a quite larger display.
