The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has a global score of 83.7, which is better than LG Q7's overall score of 72.2. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has an older 10 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Xiaomi Mi Note 10's body is newer than the LG Q7's, but it's incredibly heavier and thicker.
