The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a score of 76, which is just a bit better than LG Q7's 72.2 overall score. Both devices in this comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has older 6.0 Marshmallow version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 construction is just a bit thinner than the LG Q7, although it's somewhat heavier and was released a little bit further than a year before.
