Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 is a bit better than LG Q7, getting a score of 78.3 against 72.2. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has 11 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 is a somewhat heavier device than LG Q7, but both have the same thickness.
