The Google Pixel 5 has a general score of 89, which is much better than LG Q70's overall score of 77.9. Google Pixel 5's body is a little thinner and way lighter than LG Q70, even though both were released only a few months apart. Google Pixel 5 features a little faster processing unit than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Google Pixel 5 also has 4 GB more RAM.

The LG Q70 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 5, because although it has worse video frame rates, a smaller back camera sensor giving a lower image quality and a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low light images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG Q70 also counts with a much more megapixels back-facing camera.
LG Q70 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 5, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Google Pixel 5 counts with a bit superior battery life than LG Q70, because it has a 4080mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
Google Pixel 5 costs a lot more than LG Q70, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
