LG Q70 has a bit better camera than HTC U11, because although it has a tinier sensor and a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the LG Q70 also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera.
