Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has an overall score of 90.9, which is much better than the LG Q70's general score of 77.9. Both of these devices include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect. Huawei Mate 40 Pro's construction is somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier than LG Q70.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a little more vivid display than LG Q70, because it has a bit bigger screen, a higher 1334 x 2772 resolution and a just a bit greater pixels density. Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a little bit better processing power than LG Q70, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than LG Q70, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light photos, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with a much larger back camera sensor providing a way better image quality, faster video frame rate and a back camera with a much better resolution.
LG Q70 features more memory capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a little better battery lifetime than LG Q70, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
