The Huawei Mate X has an overall score of 89.4, which is better than the LG Q70's general score of 77.9. Even though Huawei Mate X is better than the LG Q70, it must be noted that it is also a much thicker and noticeably heavier cellphone. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version and LG Q70 has Android 10.
Huawei Mate X features a bit more powerful processor than LG Q70, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM. The Huawei Mate X counts with a slightly better looking display than LG Q70, because it has a larger display, a lot higher resolution of 2200 x 2480px and a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
The Huawei Mate X has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than LG Q70, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage. LG Q70 has a better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a back-facing camera with less megapixels and a much tinier sensor taking much lower quality videos and photos, they both have the same camera aperture.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Q70. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate X, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the LG Q70, giving up some specs and features.
