Huawei nova 10 is just a bit better than LG Q70, getting a 79.2 score against 77.9. Huawei nova 10's body is much newer, thinner and lighter than LG Q70. The Huawei nova 10 has Android OS, and LG Q70 comes with Android 10 OS. The Huawei nova 10 has a bit more powerful processor than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei nova 10 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei nova 10 has just a bit better looking display than LG Q70, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite bigger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. LG Q70 takes much better pictures and videos than Huawei nova 10, because although it has a lower video quality and a lot less megapixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture.
