Comparison review
The LG Q70 has an overall score of 77.9, which is a bit better than the Huawei P30 Lite's global score of 77. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but the LG Q70 has the older 10 version while Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie. Although LG Q70 is newer than the Huawei P30 Lite, it's just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Huawei P30 Lite counts with a bit better looking screen than LG Q70, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher 1080 x 2312 pixels resolution and a little more pixels per inch in the screen. Huawei P30 Lite has a bit better hardware performance than LG Q70. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
LG Q70 has a much better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a much smaller back-facing camera sensor, and they both have a same size aperture, the LG Q70 also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a camera with way more mega-pixels.
