The Microsoft Surface Duo has a general score of 78.8, which is a little bit better than the LG Q70's 77.9 score. Both devices we are comparing here work with the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding operating system features. The Microsoft Surface Duo body is way heavier but thinner than LG Q70, and both were only released 4 months apart.
