LG Q70 is a bit better than Moto G7 Plus, with a global score of 77.9 against 76.1. LG Q70's body is newer and just a little thinner, but also heavier than Moto G7 Plus. These devices come with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). LG Q70 has a bit better performance than Motorola Moto G7 Plus. Both of them have 4 GB of RAM and 8 cpu cores.
