LG Q70 is just a bit better than the Nokia 7.2, getting a 77.9 score against 75.9. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both should give you all the same operating system features. LG Q70 is a just a little bit heavier cellphone than Nokia 7.2, but they are equally thin.
