Comparison review
LG Q70 is slightly better than the OnePlus 8 UW, having a global score of 77.9 against 75.9. Despite being the best device we compare here, LG Q70's design is a little bit heavier and just a little thicker than the OnePlus 8 UW. Both phones in this comparison review include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features.
The OnePlus 8 UW has a more vivid display than LG Q70, because it has a quite better screen pixel density, a bit bigger display and a slightly better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. OnePlus 8 UW features just a little better performance than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger amount of RAM.
The LG Q70 features a lot bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The OnePlus 8 UW features just a bit better battery performance than LG Q70, because it has an 8% more battery capacity.
OnePlus 8 UW captures much clearer photographs and videos than LG Q70, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a back facing camera with a much better 48 megapixels resolution, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality and better 60 fps video frame rates.
LG Q70 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing, but it's also a lot cheaper, which makes it an easy decision.
