Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A40 has a global score of 79.6, which is slightly better than the LG Q70's 77.9 overall score. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy A40 has the newer 11 version and LG Q70 has Android 10 version, providing lots of additional features and enhanced performance. The Samsung Galaxy A40 is an older phone than the LG Q70, but Samsung could make it just a little bit thinner and way lighter anyway.
The LG Q70 counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy A40. They have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy A40 has a little more vivid screen than LG Q70, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a quite greater pixels number per inch in the display.
LG Q70 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking images or videos in low-light environments, and they both have a same size back-facing camera sensor, the LG Q70 also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels and a way higher 3840x2160 video definition.
The LG Q70 features a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the LG Q70 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG Q70 has superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
