Samsung Galaxy A71 is better than LG Q70, with a general score of 87.5 against 77.9. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy A71 has 11 version while LG Q70 has Android 10, so it gives you a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy A71's construction is just a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter than LG Q70, although both of them were released only 3 months apart.
