The Galaxy A73 5G is slightly better than the LG Q70, having an 80.5 score against 77.9. These devices use Android operating system, but the Galaxy A73 5G has a more recent 12 version while LG Q70 has Android 10, providing lots of additional features and performance tweaks. The Galaxy A73 5G body is a little bit lighter and just a bit thinner than the LG Q70.
