LG Q70 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy C5, having a 77.9 score against 76.4. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG Q70 has the older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy C5 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
