The LG Q70 is a little bit better than Galaxy C7, with a 77.9 score against 77.7. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but LG Q70 has the previous 10 version and Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo. The LG Q70 construction is incredibly newer, but heavier and thicker than the Galaxy C7.
