The Galaxy C7 Pro has a score of 78.4, which is a bit better than LG Q70's 77.9 general score. Although Galaxy C7 Pro is way older than LG Q70, it's body is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy C7 Pro has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version and LG Q70 has Android 10, so it gives a lot of extra features.
LG Q70 and Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro both count with very similar screens, although the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro has a quite smaller display, a bit less pixels per inch in the display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920.
