LG Q70 is a little bit better than Galaxy J7 Max, having a general score of 77.9 against 76.1. LG Q70 is a a little bit heavier cellphone than Galaxy J7 Max, but they are equally thin. These phones use Android OS, but LG Q70 has an older 10 version and Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat.
